Where are guitar lessons available?
You can take studio lessons in Mankato, Madelia, Park Street Guitar Lessons Studio Minnesota Lake, or in the comfort of your own home in St. Peter, Mankato, or South Central Minnesota. Guitar lessons for all ages and skill levels are available Monday thru Friday 10am to 9pm, Saturdays 9am to 4pm, Sundays 10am to 6pm.
 
What styles of music do you teach?
Beginning to advanced guitar lessons are available in Blues, Jazz, Country-Western, Rock N' Roll, Classic Rock, Heavy Metal, Punk, Alternative, Modern Rock, Surf, Ska, Pop, The New Wave of American Metal, Death Metal, Baroque, Classical, Neo-Classical Shredding, Folk, John Denver, Mozart, Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold etc.
   
What does it cost to rent a guitar from Park Street Guitar Lessons?
15 dollars every month.
 
Do you sell guitars?
Yes, I have a good variety of guitars, amps, and accessories available. I would be happy to recommend a guitar for you based on teaching over 1000 guitarists.
 
What are the guitar lessons like, what is your teaching method? 
We meet with our guitars at home or in-studio. I will take you through the five areas that every guitar player should work on at all times. I want you to know not only how to play, but understand what you are playing as well. I have been developing my own method based on Kodaly, Suzuki, Delcroze, Sagreras, Sor, and guitarists like Randy Rhoads, Jimi Hendrix, Yngwie Malmsteen, and from many years of teaching. The success of my method stems from my ability to make guitar lessons educational, rewarding, challenging, inspiring, and fun!
 
Why Park Street Guitar Lessons studio?
At Park Street Guitar Lessons you will not only have private guitar lessons but have the significant advantage of using the studio to combine instruments into a real rock band every Saturday. Open-mic is designed for applying what you learn from weekly private lessons into an unforgettable experience jamming with other band members! Students also get to try and buy guitars, equipment and accessories during this time.
   
Do you repair guitars?
Yes, small repairs and string changes are included in the monthly lesson fee. I am also able to personally set-up guitars including tuning, truss rod, intonation, wiring, soldering, pick-ups, cleaning fretboards, strings etc.
 
Which should I start on electric or acoustic guitar?
Both are good for learning.
  
What towns does Park Street Guitar Lessons serve?
Students are coming from Albert Lea, Ellendale, New Richland, Pemberton, Mapleton, Amboy, Good Thunder, St. James, Madelia, Lake Crystal, Garden City, Winnebago, St. James, Frost, Freeborn, Wells, Alden, Kiester, Elmore, Easton, Blue Earth, Fairmont, Stevens, Waseca, Nicollet, New Ulm, and North Mankato. Students are coming as far north as Arlington, MN and as far south as Albert Lea, MN and Buffalo Center, IA! I give at home lessons in St. Peter, Cleveland, Hwy. 22, Le Sueur/Le Center on occasion and in many area churches and community centers. All other students may take lessons at home or in-studio in Mankato/North Mankato. Please call me if you would like a successful guitar lesson program for your location or business.
